MIDWEEK BIBLE STUDIES

The weekly Bible Studies, Thursdays at the Manse, have now finished for the semester, but we may have occasional meetings over June, July and August. Normal service will resume in September.

ADVANCE NOTICE

On Sunday, 6th June, there will be an ecumenical open-air service at 3.00pm in the Cathedral grounds, to celebrate the centenary of the 1910 Edinburgh Missionary Conference and to give thanks for all that flowed from it. If it is wet, this service will be held in Holy Trinity Church.

The next Leadership Team meeting will now be on Wednesday, 9th June, 7.30pm at the Manse.

Sermon - Acts 2:1-4 - "Happy Birthday To Us!"

The infant baptisms of Bella and Archie Robertson will take place at the evening service tonight. Kenny and Anna are hosting a potluck meal for friends and family at Martyrs before the service (doors open at 4.00 for set-up, eating around 4.30). Everyone is invited to this bring-and-share. There will be tea as usual after the service.

ADVANCE NOTICE
We will have the infant baptisms of Bella and Archie Robertson at the evening service next week. As usual there will be tea and celebration cake after the service. Kenny and Anna are expecting quite a few family and friends to attend and will be having a potluck meal at Martyrs' before the service, doors open at 4.00, eating around 4.30. A warm invitation is extended to everyone to come to this bring-and-share and make it a congregational event!

St Salvator's String Quartet present a concert of classical favourites in aid of Shelter Box: Disaster Relief, at 6.30pm, on Saturday May 8th, All Saints Church, North St. Tickets £4 (conc. £3) on the door.
